Control panel of biomass boiler

Control panel of biomass boiler 500kW based on PLC controler and 7" toutch panel. Algorytm realize followed functions:

• water temperature regulation with power modulation function - automatic changable fuel and primary air feeding allow reaching set temperature more precisly,
• control of air concentration in fumes for maximum efficiency and burning optimalisation,
• control of furnace temperature - furnace anti-overhiting function
  
• automatic control of fumes underpressure,
• protections: low water level, overheating, to low fumes underpressure, backfire in feeding screw,
• water temperature and alarms recording (histograms and alarms history),
• remote control using PC, notebook, tablet or smartphone.
  

Control panel builded using components made by: EATON, VSD INVERTEK, OEM Automatic, Mean Well.

Biomass boiler equipped with:

• retort furnace,
• feeding screws,
• fuel container with hydraulic scraper,
• pneumatic valve (backfire protection)
  
• multicyclone.
